2. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: This is one I take very very seriously being in a service business. Under promise, over deliver. Those 4 have gotten me where I am today. Provide exceptional service at all costs. (Except mental health)
3. Monitor and Analyze Performance: Regularly track and analyze key performance metrics to measure your business’s growth. This will help you identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. You can apply this to any part of life. Business or personal.
4. invest in Continuous Learning: This might be one of the most important for long term sustainability. Stay curious and invest in your own personal and professional development. Attend workshops, conferences, and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. You don’t want to be the next blockbuster do you? “Streaming is too niche, and too small of a business” -Blockbuster CEO.
