Creating healthy habits can be hard! Especially when you start having your family!
I will say that I started this process a handful of years ago, when we already had some established unhealthy habits. It did take me a long time to live out my new healthier habits, which included changing the way we ate. I’m not going to sugarcoat it, it was (and sometimes still is) hard. BUT, during those days that are extra frustrating, I go back to my foundation to remember my why. Those frustrations are worth my goal of building a lifestyle of healthy habits for my kids to learn to give them a foundation to build their life on.
I couldn’t have done that with my goal only being to #loseweight. I needed a #goal that was valuable, of substance, that was bigger than me and worth the hard.
