5 tips to shift your VIBES:
1- Dance it out. Sometimes you just need to move your body and shake that (Uptown) Funk off of yourself.
2-You might be dehydrated, boo. When you are dehydrated, you can feel really tired. Bonus points if you are drinking alkaline, ionized and hydrogen rich water. if you know you know.
3-Go outside. Breathe in the fresh air. Feel the sun on your face, the wind in your hair, put your bare feet on the ground for some of that good mother nature energy.
4- Phone a friend or plug yourself into a community of like minded individuals that understand what you are going through. And if you don’t have a community, get in touch so I can introduce you to mine.
5- And lastly, take a nap. Maybe a quick little 20 minute nap can be just the pick me up you need.
